1. Subscription plans We offer three packages for Creators, billed monthly: **Starter £39**, **Professional £89** and **Business £189** per month. Features and limits are shown on the Pricing page.

2. Billing periods Packages are billed monthly. As a promotion, Professional and Business may be bought as a 9-month period for the price of 6 months (£534 and £1,134 respectively). We do not currently offer annual billing.

3. Automatic renewals Your package renews automatically at the end of each period (each month, or every 9 months for the promotional period) and your saved payment method is charged, until you cancel.

4. Payment authorisation By subscribing you authorise our payment provider, Stripe, to charge your payment method for the first period and each renewal. Card details are handled by Stripe.

5. Trial conversions We do not currently offer free trials. If we do, the date paid billing starts will be shown before you sign up.

6. Upgrades and downgrades To change package, contact ⟦not yet provided⟧. We will confirm the new price, when it starts and any proportional adjustment before making the change.

7. Additional charges We do not add extra charges beyond your package price. Using AI Tools beyond your package allowance is not possible rather than charged extra.

8. Transaction fees We do not take a commission on Creators' own course sales made through invoices on the Platform. Your own bank or payment provider may charge fees.

9. Failed payments If a payment fails, Stripe may retry. We will let you know and may restrict paid features if payment is not made within a reasonable time. Your content is not deleted because of a single failed payment.

10. Payment disputes Please contact ⟦not yet provided⟧ before raising a chargeback, so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.

11. Cancellation You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for your statutory rights.

12. Pricing changes We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it applies at your next renewal. You may cancel before it takes effect.

13. VAT and taxes Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Whether VAT is added, and how it is shown, depends on our registration status and how our payment provider handles tax; this is shown at checkout. VAT number: ⟦not yet provided⟧.

14. Invoices and receipts Receipts are issued by our payment provider by email after each payment. Contact ⟦not yet provided⟧ if you need a copy.
