1. Our commitment We want everyone to be able to build and take courses on learn.co.uk, including people who use assistive technology.
2. What we do - **Keyboard navigation:** controls are built from standard buttons, links and form fields that can be reached with a keyboard. - **Readable typography:** we use clear type at comfortable sizes with strong contrast. - **Screen readers:** we use meaningful labels, headings and alternative text where provided. - **Mobile usability:** pages adapt to phones, tablets and computers. - **Accessible learning:** lessons can include text, audio narration and downloadable resources, and the course builder includes plain-English on-screen help.
3. Compliance status We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full compliance.
4. Known limitations - Content created by academies (videos, images and documents) may lack captions or alternative text. Academies are responsible for making their own content accessible. - Some complex features, such as drawing on images and the certificate designer, may be difficult to use without a mouse.
5. Feedback If you find a barrier, email ⟦not yet provided⟧. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
6. Enforcement If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
